Established in 1996, Clan Of The Camper is one of the oldest online gaming teams and organization of gamers.
Moreover, this organization actively seeks to promote and sponsor ambush as a
viable tactic, strategy, or pursuit in any massively multiplayer online environment. The Clan of the Camper mission: make the world camp (Imperial Senate Fasces, Order 2000).
The Vision of the Clan Of The Camper is to become the largest and more seasoned camping organization in existence. Over time, the financial
sustainability of the organization can become a medium for gaming contribution, testing, game modification, and commentary
for the community as a whole. Our vision includes the confederation
of other gaming organizations and teams through alliances, the
sponsorship of satellite and divisional extensions, and the acceptance
of auxiliary components that compliment our mission and vision. In

The Clan of the Camper identifies itself as a "clan" (spelled with a C) to reflect its organization as a tight-knit group.
It should not be confused with any organization which spells "clan" with a K, is missing teeth, or believes linen is for hoods and not matresses.
The Clan Of The Camper will promote and protect a created culture within the organization through the use of a Universal Code of Campsite
